Managing Director

Julian joined 7Y in 2002 after a career in management consultancy. With a passion for renewable energy, he was an innovator installing solar photovoltaic, wind and biomass installations at his family farm in Herefordshire when few others were considering the potential of this approach to energy security and management. As a Chartered Accountant he believes that renewable investments must pay their way and farmers are well placed to take advantage of the resources at their disposal.

Julian undertakes a wide range of energy consultancy assignments for clients and is a sought after speaker on farm energy projects.

Sarah has a strong agricultural background and is a past County Chairman of Herefordshire Young Farmers. She oversees current projects and undertakes consultancy work for clients on a wide range of installations. She has a specialism in wind and solar photovoltaics.
